Payment Policy 
Payment must be made at time of registration. Students have two options to make payments:

  1. Payment methods include secure on-line acceptance of major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express.
  2. By Mail – Mail registration form with check payment to Post Office Box 202, Portland, Oregon 97207-0202.  Make check payable to Portland State University.

Refund Policy:
All dropped classes are subject to the refund schedule. For classes dropped: 

  • prior to the second week, students will receive a full refund
  • prior to the third week, students will receive a 70% refund
  • prior to the fourth week, students will receive a 40% refund
  • prior to the fifth week, students will receive a 20% refund

Refunds are posted to the original payment method, generally within three weeks of request date.
