Course Description

Today's HR professional must have a functional understanding of the laws and regulations governing the employer-employee relationship. This course explores the important subjects of employee and labor relations, Equal Employment Opportunity, and job safety and health in a historical and legal context. This course will help HR professionals and hiring managers provide effective solutions to encourage an inclusive company culture and a discrimination- and harassment-free workplace.

This course will be delivered remotely, with a blend of virtual live sessions and self-paced activities. The virtual live sessions will take place on July 23 & 30, 2024 from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm PT.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are not available after purchase. Requests for no-cost transfers to the same course scheduled for another date/time, if available, may be considered until midnight, three days before the first day of class.

  • 79% refund: midnight, ten days before the first day of class. (PSU charges a 21% administrative fee for CEPE course refunds)
  • 0% refund: 12:01 a.m., nine days before the first day of class or later.
