Course Description

This Martial Arts class contains three parts: 1) the basic skills of Martial Arts which include step form, footwork, hand form, hand strike, leg technique and jumping, 2) basic Martial Arts drills which includes "Five-Step Fist" (step form, footwork, hand form and hand strike) and advanced Martial Arts elementary Long Fist; 3) Martial Arts physical fitness training which emphasizes on training to increase the strength of lower limbs and muscle function , so that the muscles of all parts of the body can develop in harmony.
