SPHR - Career & Recruitment Fair For Speech-Language Pathologists

Course Description

When:     Wednesday, April 6, 2016
                 Setup 11:15 am; Lunch 11:30 am; students will be invited from 12:30-2:30 

Where:     Smith Memorial Student Union (SMSU), Room 327/8/9 
                  1825 SW Broadway, Portland, OR 97201

Each agency registered for the Career Fair will be provided with one 6' table and two chairs. Bring any banners, flyers or other recruitment materials that you wish for your table. 

It is suggested that each agency send one of their speech-language pathologists and if possible a human resource person or other administrator who can specifically address benefits and the hiring process within your agency. You may bring as many people as you can fit comfortably at a 6' table.

The students invited to the career fair will be undergraduates, post baccalaureates, and graduate students. Second-year graduate students will be advised to bring an updated resume to aid in their discussions about positions with agencies at the career fair. We expect about 100 students to attend.
