Columbia Basin Fish and Hydro Issues
This one day field trip to a fish hatchery research facility operated by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife introduces participants to interests, objectives, and regulation of sport and commercial fishing industries in the Columbia Basin.

Tribes and the Columbia Basin
This one day field trip to one of the major tribal reservations in the region provides participants with the opportunity to understand the Native American historical and contemporary role in managing the resources of the Columbia Basin.  The story will largely be told from the Indian perspective.

Columbia Basin Commerce
This one day field trip to Bonneville Dam introduces participants to the commercial role of the Columbia Basin and its consequences for various stakeholder groups. We focus on hydropower, navigation, and irrigation.
