Course Description

Students will improve their speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills while exploring music in Portland and beyond.  Students will increase their knowledge of American musical styles and understanding of music in Portland through a variety of activities in and out of the classroom, including guest speakers, field trips, a scavenger hunt, and a volunteering opportunity.
