In this course, HR professionals explore their personal leadership style and how they can utilize those skills to guide and motivate others towards organizational goals. This course will be delivered remotely, with a blend of virtual live sessions and self-paced activities. The virtual live sessions will take place on April 30 and May 7 from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm PT.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are not available after purchase. Requests for no-cost transfers to the same course scheduled for another date/time, if available, may be considered until midnight, three days before the first day of class.

  • 79% refund: midnight, ten days before the first day of class. (PSU charges a 21% administrative fee for CEPE course refunds)
  • 0% refund: 12:01 a.m., nine days before the first day of class or later.
