This DEI program provides a strong foundation of DEI concepts that are essential for today’s professionals. Building trust together as a cohort, participants will discuss, unpack and gain an understanding of systems of oppression, privilege, and bias in the workplace - and their impact on non-dominant groups. 

Each learning module is designed to be an inclusive, engaging, and collaborative space where all learners and learning styles are encouraged to participate in expanding collective and individual knowledge. Live, interactive sessions provide the opportunity for participants to grow, learn, unlearn, and courageously hold each other accountable while dismantling bias that impedes the way forward for a more equitable and just work environment.

The program consists of four 15- hour long modules. Each module consists of three 3-hour virtual live interactive sessions with 6 hours of pre-work assignments, self-study, and reflection.
