Course Description

The course aims at teaching students how to fix and cook some Chinese traditional foods and family style Chinese cuisine. One or two different dishes will be taught in each lesson. Students will observe the teacher's demo before they practice cooking by themselves. Cooking utensils and foods needed for cooking will be provided. Due to limited kitchen space and time needed for students to experience enough hands-on practice, no more than 5 students will be taken for the class on the first come first served basis. Class will be canceled if less than 3 students are registered.
