Course Description

This course helps you understand how to manage change and bring about positive results in the business environment. After completing the course, you will understand both the misconceptions and benefits about the change process and how it can ultimately benefit the organization. You will also be able to identify the steps of the change process, choose actions that minimize risk and highlight opportunities for improvement. This understanding will provide you with strategies that help you effectively manage the change process.
