Course Description

Facilitating a study of a problem is the clear collection and organization of all relative information. It has to do with gathering and analyzing relevant intelligence so that you know the real or “root” causes of problems. To do so just the right amount of measurement and observation must be used – not too much – just enough. This course will enhance your ability to lead your team through a systematic analysis of problems so that you can decide what really needs improvement.
