A process (sometimes called a value stream) is all actions required to bring a service from the time of patient encounter to its completion. A major tool taught in this workshop is mapping, but mapping alone is not enough. This course shows how to choose the right process to target, how to choose the right mapping tool for your objective, the details of mapping, how to perform a flow analysis, and how to create a project milestone chart.
