Course Description

This course will introduce you to a framework for continual process and product improvement so that you can gauge your organization’s success and develop a strategy leading to process excellence and robust competitiveness. You will learn about Lean and Six Sigma, why they work and how they complement each other. This course will prepare you for the road to Six Sigma or Lean certification.
