Course Description

This course provides you with practical models and tools to assess organizational results and analyze human performance; then overviews a variety of strategies to improve performance of individuals, teams, and entire organizations. It also provides participants with useful frameworks to improve organizational performance. Performance Analysis tools are introduced to help uncover and communicate what is hindering group and employee performance. Used together these approaches can be used to uncover the root causes of performance issues.
